Retail Store & Delivery Associate
This position is a permanent, full-time role at our Bartlesville location. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Starting pay is based on experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist customers with front counter and retail sales

Safely deliver industrial gases and hard goods
-
Support store operations including stocking, inventory, and organization
-
Operate computer systems for sales, orders, and inventory

Serve as backup counter sales support at any of our four locations as needed
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to life 70+ lbs
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
-
Valid driver's license with ability to obtain a CDL Class B

Ability to obtain forklift safety certification

Preferred Experience (but not required)
-
Welding, metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial experience
-
Industrial gas knowledge
-
CDL Class B license
-
Sales or related industry experience

Sales Rep
This position is a permanent, full-time role at our Coffeyville location. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Starting pay is based on experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Act as account rep to manage and grow existing customer accounts
-
Identifies and resolves customer concerns
-
Identify, foster and bring in new business within territory
-
Follows up on new leads and referrals
-
Meets with vendor representatives when appropriate and assists in the overall sales and operations functions in the Branch as needed
-
Attends training sessions and department meetings as requested
-
Serves as the backup to the counter sales in any one of our four locations

Maximize industry education and increase product knowledge in welding and metal fab industry to help customers

Develop and maintain sales materials with marketing assistance
Applicant must have:

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Driver’s license that meets job requirements (CDL-B) with the ability to handle a high volume of driving
-
High School Diploma required; vocational certification or college degree preferred
-
2-5 years of related sales or related experience, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
-
Must be able to obtain a forklift safety certificate
-
Must be able to lift 70+ lbs on an infrequent basis and 25 lbs on a frequent basis
