CDL A Driver

 

This position is a permanent, full-time role at our Coffeyville location. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Starting pay is based on experience. 

 

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Safely operate company truck and equipment

  • Maintain load manifests and all other vehicle documents.

  • Handle, maneuver, load, and organize compressed gas and liquid cylinders and palletized hard goods on trucks and trailers

  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack

  • Accurately fills out tickets/invoices

  • Performs other tasks as needed; including filling cylinders as needed at gas distribution facility

  • Strictly comply with all safety rules and DOT and OSHA regulations.

 

Applicant must have: 

  • Class A / B CDL Required with Hazmat Endorsement 

  • Clean commercial driving record 3+ years

  • Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.)

  • Forklift certified a plus or ability to obtain certification

  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and company administered road test

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers

Sales Rep

This position is a permanent, full-time role at our Coffeyville location. Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Starting pay is based on experience. 

 

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Act as account rep to manage and grow existing customer accounts

  • Identifies and resolves customer concerns

  • Identify, foster and bring in new business within territory

  • Follows up on new leads and referrals

  • Meets with vendor representatives when appropriate and assists in the overall sales and operations functions in the Branch as needed

  • Attends training sessions and department meetings as requested

  • Serves as the backup to the counter sales in any one of our four locations

  • Maximize industry education and increase product knowledge in welding and metal fab industry to help customers 

  • Develop and maintain sales materials with marketing assistance

 

Applicant must have: 

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Driver’s license that meets job requirements (CDL-B) with the ability to handle a high volume of driving

  • High School Diploma required; vocational certification or college degree preferred

  • 2-5 years of related sales or related experience, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience

  • Must be able to obtain a forklift safety certificate

  • Must be able to lift 70+ lbs on an infrequent basis and 25 lbs on a frequent basis
